Each product is 3D-printed and made to order upon placement of your order. This process ensures that every item is uniquely crafted for you. Due to the personalized nature of our production, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds in cases where you simply change your mind.


That said, we take full responsibility for issues that may occur during shipping. Should you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To facilitate the review process, kindly email us with your order number along with clear photographs or videos of both the packaging and the product.


Upon assessment and approval by our team, we will arrange for either a replacement or a refund, depending on product availability. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment, or alternatively issued as store credit upon request.


Please note that this policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly from our official website. Items purchased through authorized stockists or consignment partners are subject to their respective return and refund policies and are not covered by ours.
