Meet Demetrius

From Engineering to Design: How It All Began

Demetrius is a 28-year-old freelance product designer based in Singapore. He recently graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in engineering, but his journey into design began long before that. It started with a mini 3D printer and a growing curiosity about how ideas could be brought to life.

At the time, he had no intention of turning it into something serious. He simply wanted to bring his sketches and concepts into the real world. He spent hours experimenting with CAD software, printing random objects for fun and learning through trial and error. Those early experiments became the foundation of the work he does today.

Vincible was built on a simple question.
" What if designer home decor could be sustainable and affordable? "

The Start of Vincible

During his final year project, Demetrius discovered origami and was deeply inspired by the concept and design behind it.

The way simple folds could create complex and elegant structures captivated him and left a lasting impression.

This fascination drew him to origami’s quiet beauty and minimalist form which became a core influence in his design approach.

Experience Through Practice

He began creating small pieces that reflected those values of calm and simplicity. Over time, he developed a growing collection of prototypes, printing everything from home using the skills he had honed over the years.

Many late nights were spent learning what school never taught him, such as branding, photography, and video editing.

Without formal training in design or business, Demetrius continues to learn and grow with each new project.

Every mistake teaches him something new.
Every print is a fresh challenge.
Every finished product reminds him why he started in the first place.

What Vincible Stands For

Vincible is more than just a brand.

It is Demetrius' way of sharing design that is honest, intentional, and sustainable.

Each piece is crafted to be more than just decoration. The goal is to create objects that bring a quiet presence into a space, pieces that feel good to live with.

He focuses on using sustainable materials, printing efficiently, and making thoughtful design accessible to everyday homes.

This is an ongoing journey with much to learn and explore. It is about learning and creating designs that people love.
